1. Description of Service

AstroPredict provides digital calculation tools for classical Vedic astrology (Jyotish), including Kundli birth charts, Ashtakavarga, Shadbala, Vimshottari Dashas, compatibility matching, daily Panchang, and AI-synthesized chart interpretation summaries.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform. Minors under 18 should use the service with parental guidance.
• Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to probe, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities in our API endpoints or backend server infrastructure.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to overload our calculation services or bypass rate limits.
• Submitting malicious script injections or fraudulent contact inquiries.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, visual design, custom calculation algorithms, branding, and text content on AstroPredict are owned by AstroPredict. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the calculators for personal use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroPredict shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our calculation tools, horoscopes, or AI interpretations.
